1. Data controller
IntuiFy Ventures, S.L., tax ID (CIF) B88769526. For any question about your data you can write to [email protected].
2. Data we process
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), type of enquiry, project description and page language.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data received by the server, used for site security and to limit abusive form submissions.
- Communications: messages we exchange by email or WhatsApp if you choose to contact us there.
3. What we use it for
- Replying to your enquiry, assessing your project and, if you ask, preparing a proposal.
- Sending you a first email reply drafted with the help of artificial intelligence from what you wrote. Our team receives the enquiry and reviews it.
- Managing the business relationship in our internal client system.
- Protecting the site against spam and misuse.
4. Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) when you contact us.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for site security and spam prevention.
- Compliance with legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Who can access the data
We do not sell or share your data. To provide the service we work with these providers, acting as data processors:
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and our database on servers in the European Union (Germany), and email service.
- OpenAI (United States): drafting the first reply from the form data. The international transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
- Cloudflare: DNS service for the domain.
- Google Fonts, unpkg, jsDelivr and Tailwind CDN: delivery of fonts and website libraries; when loading them, your browser shares its IP address with these services.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is entered into or the law requires a longer period. Server technical logs are kept only as long as needed for site security.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the database and internal panels, and activity logs.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
